> Hi, I’m Shay — the baker and heart behind Flutter & Flour. I create 100% gluten-free desserts made with love, creativity, and a little butterfly magic. Butterflies hold an incredibly special meaning in my life, so having them woven into this business makes every treat feel like it carries a little piece of me. You can also find a selection of Flutter & Flour treats at MOTW Coffee in Farmingdale! Flutter & Flour is about more than dessert. It’s about creating something beautiful, finding joy in the little things, and making sure everyone has something sweet waiting for them at the table.

- **How do I place an order?** Fill out the order form linked in our Instagram bio! Once your request is received, we’ll be in touch to confirm your order and details.
- **Is everything gluten-free?** Yes! Flutter & Flour is a 100% gluten-free baking business.
- **Do you take custom orders?** Yes! Custom orders are welcome depending on availability. Submit what you’re looking for through our order form and we’ll let you know what we can create.
- **Do you offer pickup?** Yes! Pickup details will be provided when your order is confirmed.
- **What if I have other food allergies?** Please list all allergies when submitting your order. While everything is gluten-free, other allergens may be present or handled in the baking environment.
- **Can I order for a party or event?** Absolutely! We’d love to be part of birthdays, showers, parties, corporate events, and other celebrations. Larger orders should be submitted as early as possible.
- **When can I order my Flutter & Flour treats?** Our regular preorder forms open every Sunday at 10 AM and close Thursday at 8 PM. Everything is baked fresh on Friday and ready for pickup on Saturday! Need a special pickup date? No worries! Just reach out when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
